Everything here exists in very small numbers. Prototypes, one-of-a-kind pieces, series in strictly limited editions — objects that exist in handfuls, sometimes in a single example.
InCaseOf is a gallery by correspondence. It doesn’t sell works: it entrusts them, one at a time, to people who want them — or who accept not choosing at all. There is one way in: the membership. A work arrives at a time, chosen by us. Once you’re in you can leave a preference — favourite what draws you, and we’ll take the hint. Leave none, and the choice is entirely ours. Either way, nothing is transacted here. Prices aren’t on the wall, payment happens the old way, and shipping is slow — like most good things in art. What you’re given, in both cases, is the same: something worth waiting for. – Paolo Fontana
