These terms and conditions apply to private consumers’ purchases of goods from InCaseOf.art. It is not possible to use any VAT / CVR number on the webshop. If you buy as a business customer within the EU in this webshop, you must be responsible for VAT refunds. If you want to trade as a trader you can contact our customer service at hello@incaseof.art

Customs
Please note that customs duties abroad are not included in the price and will therefore be imposed upon receipt of order in that country. As a consumer, you are assigned responsibility for customs and payment.

Delivery times
Italy: 2-7 working days
Europe: 3-8 working days
Payment
You pay via secured system through the service PayPal Payments. Payment by card will be deducted from your account when the item is being processed. All our orders are produced immediately after you place an order. Our production works according to POD – Print on Demand – your order is printed a few minutes after it has been completed via the web shop.
Therefore, you will be able to see that the amount has been pulled from your account relatively shortly after- as your order is already being processed and thus as ongoing.
24 month warranty
As a customer of InCaseOf.art you have a 24 month right to make a complaint. The customer must complain within a reasonable time, which is within 24 months after the customer has established the error or defect. If this is relevant, please contact hello@incaseof.art – always attach photos of the product.
Complaint
Have you received your goods damaged?
Send photo documentation of the shipment inside and outside.
Make sure the package label is visible on the image.

Creation of complaint and treatment takes 4-10 working days. The customer has the opportunity to make a claim for a complaint no later than within 5 working days.
Offer
Unfortunately, we do not accept discount codes on already discounted products.
