HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WENT THROUGH?

An e-mail with an order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address that was given when completing the order. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours before you receive the order confirmation.

WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION BY E-MAIL?

If you have not received your order confirmation, please check your spam mail. If you have checked your spam mail and waited 24 hours and still did not receive the confirmation e-mail, we recommend you contact us through our contact form, and we will investigate this for you.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER IT IS PLACED?

As soon as you have placed the order, we will be on it! Unfortunately, this means we usually will be unable to make any changes as it is already being processed, however we’ll try our best: please contact us through our contact form and explain your issue.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ENTER THE WRONG CUSTOMER DETAILS?

If you have provided incorrect information such as name, email, phone number, and/or delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible so we can change your information prior to sending your order. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that everything will go smoothly.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Contact us as soon as possible through our contact form. However, we can’t guarantee that we’ll have enough time to cancel your order.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

We offer PayPal and card payments such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

CAN I PAY VIA INVOICE?

Please request the invoice using the address hello@incaseof.art specifying the order number and all required data. Thanks

WHY ISN'T THE PAYMENT GOING THROUGH?

It is possible that we do not support the payment option used. Please check our offered payment options.

If the payment is declined, please check with your credit provider as it is possible that your account is not activated to make online payments or not set-up with the required security settings to get the transaction approved.

Shipping & Delivery

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

Shipping is once a week, usually on Friday. 

If you haven’t received your order, please first check the parcel tracking number that was emailed to you. If you are unable to locate the parcel, please contact our Customer Service no longer than 30 business days after the order was placed and we will help you.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY COST?

We currently offer Free Shipping.

DO YOU SHIP ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD?

We currently offer Free Shipping to the following EU countries: : Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

As soon as your order is dispatched from our fulfilment center, we will send you an email with the delivery tracking link. It can take up to 48 hours for the tracking link to be activated. If you do not receive a tracking link or if the tracking link does not update after 48 hours, please contact us via our contact form.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

All our products, artworks and frames, are made based on the request, so unfortunately for now we cannot accept returns. If something went wrong during transport, please send us all documentation (copy of order, photographs of damaged goods, photographs of packaging) and we will contact you as soon as possible.
